You can choose to either pick it up at our offices in Ronda Sant Pere 52, 6th floor, 08010 Barcelona (Urquinaona Metro Station) or you can have it delivered to your place. The delivery service is 5 Eur in Barcelona.

How can I return the device?

You can drop it off at our offices in Ronda Sant Pere 52, 6th floor 08010 Barcelona (Urquinaona Metro Station) have it delivered to us, we can send a delivery service to pick it up at your place also. The delivery price is 5 Euros in Barcelona.

What happens if I don’t return the device?

In the unlikely case that you don’t return the device or can’t send it back to us, a replacement charge of 120 Euros will be applied to your credit card.

I’m visiting several cities in Spain, would it also work there?
